The 25th Tiatnuri – on-site Global Citizenship Education Program for the Youth – wrapped up two months of their whole program on Aug. 18.

The 25th team gathered almost every week and discussed global issues including poverty, human rights and peace, climate change, etc. and actions against them in July 2018.

Then, the youth team traveled to Tarebhir village, Pokhara, Nepal for two weeks at the end of July to experience local culture and feel the seriousness of global issues and the importance of actions against them.

They met and made friends with Tarebhir school students and played with them together. It was so much fun for sure and they were all happy, just being together.

The team also had Mass and almost everyday, and Taizé to look back on the day; get to know one another better; ask for God’s blessing for the next wonderful day.

As you may feel with these nice pictures, everyday in Tarebhir was full of joy, happiness and blessing. The team came back to Korea with these beautiful memories. ;)

After coming back to Korea, the team had a Mass together to thank the Lord for the safe journey and complete the whole program.

Even though the 25th Tiatnuri Program is over, all the members will live as a global citizen as they learned this time and their spirit will last forever.

Thank you! ;)
